Despite public outcry from feminist groups, Virginia’s Conservative Governor Bob McDonnell has drafted legislation to make menstruation a criminal act.

Said Gov. McDonnell, “Every month over 3 billion unborn souls are literally flushed down the toilet or thrown in the garbage after being heartlessly expelled from a woman’s womb. I call it Menstrocide.”

Endorsed by ultra-right wing Pro-Life group NO PERIODS: PERIOD, the Governor hopes to make menstruation itself a criminal offense unless a woman can prove that she has at least tried to get pregnant first by any means necessary, including having unprotected sex with complete strangers in the street.

A NO PERIODS: PERIOD spokesman added; “ At NPP we believe that your uterus is God’s magic machine for making Christians.”

Planned Parenthood struck back by planning a mega-hormonal Million-Menstruating March sometime next week. Said a PP Spokesperson;  “If the Governor thinks we’re hard to deal with now, just wait until he has 20,000 PMS cases on the lawn of the Legislature. Have fun with that, Bob-o.”
